TRANSPARENCY
Site terms
and music submissions
Submitting music begins an assessment, not a partnership agreement. Here we explain the distinction.
Last updated: September 15, 2026.
1. Site use and contact
This site presents the Songtraction artist development project and accepts submissions and inquiries. Published information is general: it is not a binding contractual offer, a representation agreement or legal, tax or investment advice.
For questions about the site or these terms, email mysongtraction@gmail.com. The contracting party and applicable terms will be identified in writing before any commercial relationship.
2. Music submission terms
There is no submission fee. You must be at least 18 and own or be authorized to share the information and materials. Projects involving minors must be submitted by an authorized adult representative. Do not send identity documents or a minor’s sensitive information.
By submitting links, you authorize only access and listening by Songtraction and people authorized to take part in the assessment. Submission does not transfer ownership, grant a commercial exploitation license or authorize public use of your name, image, works or recordings. Submission also does not authorize using your materials to train artificial intelligence models.
Do not share unauthorized third-party material, passwords, complete contracts or information requiring a prior special confidentiality agreement. This form is not a substitute for a specific confidentiality agreement; request one before sharing information that requires it.
Disclose relevant recording, composition, distribution or representation commitments. Receipt does not confirm that rights are unencumbered or replace a contract review. You may request withdrawal by email; data processing is governed by the privacy policy.
3. Receipt, assessment and selection
The form receipt means the submission was recorded, not accepted. Selection is individual and depends on artistic and operational fit, project stage and available resources. We do not guarantee an individual response, report, meeting, review timeline, signing or investment for every submission.
4. Potential partnerships and financial terms
Any partnership requires a separate written agreement. It must define project, scope, term, each party’s contributions, included rights, authorized and recoverable costs, limits, the order of cost recovery and revenue sharing, responsibilities, reporting, payments and continuation or exit terms.
Cash invested and specialized work are distinct contributions. We do not assume a universal percentage or participation in all of an artist’s activities. Master, composition and neighboring rights are handled separately. Accepting these site terms does not acquire any rights for Songtraction.
5. Limits on promises
We do not guarantee streams, followers, placements, playlists, virality, profitability, third-party agreements or professional success. We do not use bots or artificial streams. A potential financial contribution is subject to selection, agreement and available resources; it does not imply unlimited funding.
Future label, publishing or community capabilities are not presented as guaranteed operational services. The site does not offer securities, investment interests to the public or an investor return opportunity.
6. Site content and resources
Songtraction’s name, design and materials, and third-party materials, are used subject to applicable rights. You may not commercially reproduce them without authorization. Free resources may be used to organize your own project; they offer no guarantees and do not replace professional advice.
Editorial photographs on the site must not be interpreted as a roster, testimonial or contractual relationship with the people depicted. Case studies and collaborations will be published only with attribution and permission.
7. Links, communications and privacy
Links to platforms and WhatsApp lead to services with their own terms. Continuing on WhatsApp is optional and does not determine whether the form is recorded. Updates are voluntary, separate and unchecked by default.
Data use is explained in our Privacy Policy. Do not publish or submit false, malicious or infringing information.
8. Availability and applicable rights
We may correct content or interrupt functionality for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
The law, jurisdiction and dispute procedures for a partnership will be defined in its contract, subject to applicable mandatory rules. A site update does not by itself change a signed agreement or extend earlier authorizations.
